Set within 45 acres of subtropical rainforest and moments from Tallow Beach, Crystalbrook Byron provides a seamless and immersive setting for your Summit experience.
To access the Wellness Tourism Summit special bed and breakfast rates, delegates must contact Crystalbrook’s Groups Reservations team directly at byron.groups@crystalbrookcollection.com and reference Wellness Tourism Summit when booking to secure the special rates below. Please include your guest name/s and dates of stay. Bring your family or friends with you to relax while you immerse at the Summit! For conference delegates rooming together - there is a king bed and sofa bed in separate spaces.

Rainforest Resort Suite
Wake to the sound of birds and the scent of rainforest just beyond your verandah. Located very close to the resort’s main facilities, this one-bedroom suite offers a seamless balance of nature and convenience.
Large enclosed verandahs open directly to lush forest surrounds, while inside, a separate king bedroom plus an optional comfy sofa bed in the main room embrace natural textures and soft lighting to create a calm space to unwind between Summit sessions. Sleep up to 3.

Treetops Resort Suite
Perched above the forest floor, this one-bedroom suite feels like a private retreat within the rainforest canopy.
An enclosed verandah captures filtered light and elevated views, while easy access to the pool, spa and restaurant ensures comfort and convenience. Inside, a king bed, deep soaking bath and natural finishes create a serene setting for rest and renewal. A optional comfy sofa bed in the main room can be utilised. Sleeps up to 3.

Travelling from interstate or overseas.
The closest domestic airport to the venue is Ballina Byron Gateway Domestic Airport in NSW which is only a 30 minute drive to the Summit venue.
For international guests, delegates can fly direct to Sydney with easy connections to Ballina domestic airport or take a direct international flight into Gold Coast Airport in QLD. It is a 45 minute drive to the Summit venue from this Airport.
